36v Folding Electric Bike ( Faulty ). Condition is “Used”. 20inch wheels The bike runs for a minute or 2 then cuts out I have had it to the bike shop and they said it needed a new battery I’m not 100% convinced as it charges and holds charge but I am no expert so
